1. Information We Collect

We collect account information (email, name) and usage data (API call volume, model selection, latency metrics). We do NOT collect the content of your requests (prompts or completions).

2. How We Use Your Information

Your information is used to provide and improve our service, handle billing and account management, and generate aggregated anonymized statistics for routing optimization.

3. Data Sharing

We do not sell personal data. Upstream providers receive only your request content (initiated by you) and never receive your identity. We may disclose data when required by law.

4. Data Retention

Request logs are retained for 30 days and then automatically deleted. Account data is deleted within 90 days after account closure.

5. Security

TLS 1.3 for all transport. API keys are stored as hashes. Regular security audits.

6. Your Rights
