1. Acceptance of Terms
By using NexRouter, you agree to these terms.
2. Service Description
NexRouter is an LLM API aggregation and routing platform. We provide access to third-party models through intelligent routing. We do not guarantee continuous availability of any specific upstream provider.
3. Account & API Keys
You are responsible for the security of your API keys. Sharing or reselling API keys is prohibited.
4. Pricing & Billing
Billing is based on actual usage (token consumption). Prices adjust dynamically based on the market; tier prices represent the expected weighted average. Zero service fee commitment.
5. Acceptable Use
You may not use NexRouter to generate illegal content, to DDoS or abuse upstream providers, or to violate the usage policies of any model provider.
6. SLA & Liability
Tier SLAs are expected values, not guarantees. We make best effort to route within your price band. We are not liable for losses caused by upstream provider failures.
7. Termination
Either party may terminate at any time. Any unused balance is refundable upon termination.
8. Governing Law
